Butterfield Boulevard and Butterfield Channel Improvements - from Cochrane Road to Tennant Avenue, MHE prepared Right-of Way acquisition documentation, improvement plans, signing and stripping plans and provided all construction layout services.

Gilroy Country Club Assessment District

Country Estates, - Private hillside development project with 2.5 miles of trunk sewer 12" to 24" diameter including bore and jacking at two locations at State Hwy. 152 and country roadway on Santa Teresa. Included also were municipal water systems creating two new pressure zones with 3 triplex booster pump stations and standby power and telemetry plus 4 - 0.4 million gallon reservoirs.

City of Hollister

Sherwood Forest, a 51 lot subdivision including 2000 ft. long offsite 42 inch storm main installation on Haydon Street and reconstruction of Prune Street between Knights lane and Haydon Street.

Parkside - a 65 lot subdivision.

Santa Clara County
Camping World General Plan Change - San Martin, California
Cole Road - Realign 1800 lineal feet of country road and reconfigure an existing intersection. New road was 32 feet of pavement in a 60 foot right of way. Scope of work included topographical survey, full improvement plans, right of way acquisition descriptions.

San Benito County
Orchard Road - Rebuild 1 1/2 miles of a county road. New road was 24' of pavement in a 60 foot right of way. Scope of work included topographical survey, improvement plans, soils investigation coordination construction staking, right of way monumentation and construction administration.

Cienega Road Landslide Repair - Rebuild 1.2 miles of a county road in 8 locations. Existing pavement, 24 feet wide, experienced slope failure and collapsed. Scope of work included aerial topographical survey, soil investigation coordination, retaining wall design, full improvement plans, construction staking

Cienega Road Realignment - Realign 0.6 miles of a county arterial road. New road is 32 feet of pavement in an 84 foot right of way. Scope of work includes aerial topographical survey, various alignment studies, box culvert design, full improvement plans, right of way acquisition descriptions, soils investigation coordination.

Fairview/ Fallon Road Realignment - Realign 0.5 miles of Fairview Road and 500 feet of Fallon Road. Scope of work includes topographic survey, design with superelevations and improvement plans.
