CIVIL ENGINEER : Applicant must have at least 3 years
experience in residential subdivision design, including layout of water
systems, sewer systems, storm drainage systems, design of commercial
and industrial site improvementst. Applicant must have knowledge
of AutoCAD 2000.Land Development Desktop or AutoCAD 2007 Civil 3D
Registered Civil Engineer license desirable.


LAND SURVEYOR : Applicant must have at least 3 years experience
in boundry surveying, final maps, parcel maps, researching survey records, writing legal
descriptions, and preparing ALTA maps.Land Surveyors license preferred.


LAND SURVEYOR IN TRAINING: Applicant must have at least 3 years
experience in drafting final maps and parcel maps, reducing field notes and
topographical surveys, researching title records, drafting legal descriptions and platts, calculating for construction staking and preparing lot line adjustments. LSIT or EIT certificate preferred.
